What’s been happening:

Half a century ago, Norm would have frequently been found in the company of any one of a number of high-powered scholars of that era, with names like Clint Frank, Vern Raos, Tony Baran, Tom Breslin, Bob Henney, George Mastrian, and Frank Gattas. Ellen, a recent high school grad back in '53 and Norm, a Korean War Vet, who snuck in under the GI Bill, met and dated at PSU, and after graduation, married on April 27, 1957. This was followed by a ten year travelogue moving about the country in response to opportunity. They did however, manage to have three sons, each, as might as expected, born in a different state. Oldest son, Norm, married Rhonda Grubb. The couple had two children, son Joshua Ryan, who married Amanda Link, and daughter Leslie Tyleen. Sons Jonathan and Alex are single as of this writing. On March 31, 2009 Great Grandboy Noah Riley Hall arrived and has since taken command. While at State, Norm played Varsity Basketball for Coach John Egli's '54-'55 and '55-'56 Squads.
